Qualifications

• RN licensure in KS (KSBN) or multistate license.
• BLS certification; RQI may be required within 90 days of hire.
• BSN preferred.
• Ability to perform accurate medication calculations.
• Strong patient advocacy and clinical decision skills.

Responsibilities

• Collects pertinent data and analyzes assessment to identify problems.
• Develops a collaborative plan to achieve expected outcomes.
• Implements plan through coordinated care and monitors progress.
