Ascension Health in Pensacola, FL is hiring for an inpatient RN to implement and monitor patient care plans. You will coordinate multiple disciplines to ensure seamless patient care and carry out physician orders while actively participating in discharge planning with the team.

The role requires a Florida RN license, BLS certification within 1 month, and a nursing diploma. Inpatient Rehab experience is preferred; night shift with full-time schedule offered.

Qualifications

• BLS within 1 month of hire date (American Heart Association or Red Cross accepted).
• RN license in Florida required prior to hire date; multi-state license (Compact State) preferred.
• Diploma from an accredited nursing program or equivalent licensure at time of hire.

Responsabilités

• Implements and monitors patient care plans; communicates patient condition as appropriate.
• Coordinates care across disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
• Notes and carries out physician and nursing orders.
• Assesses and coordinates discharge planning needs with the healthcare team.
