Highpoint Health Sumner, part of Lifepoint Health, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for our 17-bed Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit. You will work PRN nights (7:00pm–7:00am) providing hands-on care, collaborating with rehab therapists, and supporting patients on recovery trajectories.

The role emphasizes dedicated patient care, documentation, and coordination with the care team to maximize recovery and safe transitions to the next level of care.

Qualifications

• Current state RN license.
• Degree from an accredited nursing school.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on nursing care to patients in the IRU.
• Collaborate with physical, occupational, and speech therapists to support patient recovery.
• Monitor and document patient progress and respond to changes in condition.
• Support discharge planning and transition to next level of care.
