Job summary

ProMedica Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Eidi Family Rehabilitation Center in Ohio. This per diem night-shift role focuses on patient-centered care and collaboration with the health care team to plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care.

The RN will assess patient needs, coordinate with families, and ensure adherence to unit-specific requirements while maintaining high standards of safety and quality in a dynamic rehab setting.

Qualifications

• Current State license as a Registered Nurse.
• Current CPR training; specialty certifications as required by units.
• The RN in Ohio must complete twenty-four contact hours of continuing education during licensure period, with at least 1 hour related to Chapter 4723 of the Ohio nurse practice code and rules.

Responsibilities

• Assess and formulate a nursing diagnosis and care plan.
• Coordinate care with patients, families and health care team through open communication.
• Implement and evaluate care plans to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
