Job summary

Sanford Health in Bismarck, ND, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for 12-hour night shifts on a full-time schedule. A $20,000 sign-on bonus is available to eligible candidates, with a +$2.50/hr night differential and every third weekend required.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Unencumbered RN license in the practicing state.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Multistate licensure if in an NLC state.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Work independently and with a team of motivated professionals.
• Care for neuro and neurosurgery patients as well as general Med-Surg patients.
