Job summary

Sanford Health in Bismarck seeks a Registered Nurse to provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process and collaborate with residents, families and a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program (CCNE, ACEN, NLN CNEA preferred).
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
• RN license must be unencumbered; multi-state licensure allowed if in a Nurse Licensure Compact state.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process; assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate.
• Coordinate care with residents, families and inter-disciplinary colleagues.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel.
• Ensure safe, reliable administration of resident care and address concerns.
• Comply with the Nurse Practice Act and professional standards.
