Job summary

This role emphasizes safety, quality, and teamwork in a High Reliability Organization. Basic qualifications include an Ohio RN license and BLS certification; a BSN is required after five years of employment.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license in the State of Ohio.
• BLS certification.
• BSN required after 5 years of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide general nursing care to patients and families across inpatient dialysis units.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Delegate nursing tasks to LPNs and UAPs as allowed by the Ohio Nurse Practice Act.
• Participate in process improvements to promote safety, quality and efficiency as part of a High Reliability Organization.
• Support 24/7/365 operations in the inpatient dialysis department.
