Grace Cottage in Vermont is seeking a Part-time night shift registered nurse to deliver and coordinate patient care on the assigned shift with leadership over LPNs and LNAs. The role emphasizes collaboration with the health care team to implement provider orders and ensure safe, compassionate care.

Applicants must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program with an active Vermont RN license and BLS certification.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current Vermont RN license in good standing.
• AHA BLS certification required.
• Computer skills and familiarity with electronic medical records.

Responsabilidades

• Provides care, treatments, and services within the RN scope of practice.
• Implementation of provider orders including medication administration.
• Coordinate with the health care team to assess and plan patient care.
• Educates patients on procedures and care plans.
• Mentor and supervise LPNs and LNAs on the shift.
• Ensure accurate documentation and patient safety.
