Job summary

Cooley Dickinson Hospital, Inc. in Massachusetts is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver comprehensive patient care during night shifts. The RN will coordinate care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, following established nursing standards to achieve desired patient outcomes.

The role is part of the Massachusetts Nurses Association Bargaining Unit and reports to the Nurse Manager/Director. The position requires on-site work at 30 Locust Street with rotating weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing; RN licensure required in MA
• BLS certification required
• Med/Surg experience preferred
• Strong technical, interpersonal, organizational, oral and written communication skills required

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation
• Direct and coordinate all nursing care for patients based on established clinical nursing practice standards
• Collaborate with other professional disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and outcomes
