Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services, Inc. is seeking an RN to provide in-home care to a patient, including night shifts (M-Su 9p-8a).

This position is available as full-time or part-time and offers competitive pay and weekly paychecks, plus a comprehensive benefits package. The RN will assess and manage patient care using the nursing process, perform prescribed skilled nursing services, monitor changes in the patient’s condition, and document care and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
• TB or Chest X-Ray as required.
• Current BLS certification.
• One year of nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide skilled nursing care according to prescribed orders on each assignment.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data and document nursing diagnoses.
