Job summary

Singing River Health System is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the Pascagoula Hospital. The RN will provide patient care following the Nursing Process, support patients in attaining and maintaining health, and work within the MS Nurse Practice Act and hospital standards.

New RN graduates participate in the Singing River Nurse Residency Program. Requires Mississippi RN license, BCLS, and relevant specialty certifications as listed; shifts are 7PM-7AM.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year inpatient clinical experience (past five years)
• BCLS certification required upon hire/transfer
• De-escalation training completion by 90 days of orientation
• ACLS/PALS/TNCC certifications for specialty areas as listed

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care using the Nursing Process per applicable standards
• Assist patients to attain, maintain, and restore health as able
• Collaborate with nursing team under supervision of the Patient Care Manager
