Job summary

Sandy Ridge Center for Rehabilitation and Healing in Milton, FL is hiring full-time Licensed Practical Nurses for the 11PM-7AM shift. Join a 60-bed skilled nursing facility dedicated to short-stay rehabilitation and long-term care with a supportive team and commitment to quality care.

As an LPN you will handle admissions, medications, and care plans under state nurse practice act, with competitive benefits including Daily Pay, health/dental insurance, PTO, 401(k), and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• LPN licensed by the State or Multistate license.
• CPR certification required.
• Two years nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Admissions, discharge and transfers of residents.
• Medication requisitions with pharmacy and physicians.
• Medication administration.
• Adherence to infection control, emergencies, and center policies.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary team for best outcomes.
• Identify and report abnormal changes per center policy.
• Deliver nursing care for long-term or rehabilitative care.
• Document data and monitor patient status.
