Job summary

CareCore at Heritage in Minster, Ohio is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our long-term care team on the 6:00pm-6:00am full-time night shift with every 3rd weekend rotation. PRN also available, offering a supportive environment where your clinical skills and compassion make a daily impact.

Responsibilities include administering medications, monitoring residents, and documenting care while collaborating with physicians and the interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Current Ohio RN license in good standing.
• Experience with PointClickCare preferred but not required.
• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians and the interdisciplinary team.
• Accurately document care and services provided.
• Support and supervise STNAs/CNAs as needed.
• Promote a positive, resident-centered environment.
