Health Advocates Network, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality patient care in Nashville, NC. The role includes night shifts with 12-hour blocks and 36/48 schedules in a correctional healthcare setting.

You will assess, treat and educate patients, document EMR data, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safety and compliance. Competitive benefits accompany a W2 hourly pay rate.

Qualifications

• Current NC nursing license in good standing.
• Minimum of 1 year RN experience within the last 3 years.
• PSV verification and required certifications (BLS, immunizations, TB test).

Responsabilités

• Assess patients' health conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient progress and document assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care.
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions.
• Respond promptly to changes in patient condition and medical emergencies.
• Perform wound care, IV therapy, and other clinical procedures within scope of practice.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, infection control standards, and facility policies.
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records (EMR).
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care while promoting safety and quality outcomes.
