Job summary

The Verland Foundation Inc. in Sewickley, PA is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team.

This full-time, hourly, non-exempt position involves providing exceptional nursing care to residents, administering medications, and collaborating with the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) to develop and implement care plans. Shifts are 6:00 pm–6:30 am on a rotating schedule, with a minimum 30 hours per week and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have graduated from an accredited school of nursing.
• Must hold a current Pennsylvania RN registration.
• Minimum of one year of experience in an acute care facility or related field.

Responsibilities

• Administer and document prescribed medications and treatments.
• Assess daily physical status and report changes to DON/Charge Nurse.
• Provide emergency care and basic laboratory procedures as ordered.
• Develop and implement health care plans with the IDT and attend reviews.
• Document care daily, quarterly, and annually.
