Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions is seeking Registered Nurses for Sterling Regional MedCenter in Sterling, Colorado. This role involves providing direct patient care in a Med/Surg hospital unit, including assessment, medication administration, and care coordination. Candidates need to possess an active RN license and strong clinical skills, with a preference for those with 1–2 years of Med/Surg experience.

The position offers a night schedule with 36 guaranteed hours per week and a completion bonus of $2,500 upon successful 13-week assignment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years Med/Surg experience preferred.
• Active RN license (CO or compact eligible) is mandatory.
• Certification in Basic Life Support and CO CAPS is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Med/Surg hospital unit.
• Assess patients and administer medications.
• Coordinate care planning with interdisciplinary teams.
