Job summary

AdventHealth La Grange is seeking an RN for night shift to provide compassionate, evidence-based nursing care in a high-quality setting. You will perform assessments, administer medications, and collaborate with the care team to ensure safe, timely patient care.

The role requires an RN license, BLS, and the ability to adapt to a night schedule with rotating weekends. Growth opportunities exist via the Clinical Ladder program and competitive benefits start on day one.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in nursing is required.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred.
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license and BLS certification required.
• Experience in hospital clinical settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, effective nursing care to patients according to care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and document actions.
• Communicate clearly with patients, families, physicians and care team.
• Assess patients, update care plans, and coordinate with the team.
• Ensure compliance with safety, privacy, and regulatory standards.
