Qualifications

• Nursing Diploma or Associate's degree required.
• RN license valid in Missouri or eligible.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1 year RN experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care activities including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Educates patients and families on disease management, post-treatment home care, and medication administration.
• Promotes patient safety, quality and regulatory compliance.
• Develops, implements and documents plans of care with goals in collaboration with interprofessional team and patient/family.
• Communicates the plan of care across the continuum of care.
