AdventHealth Apopka in Florida is seeking an ASN-credentialed Registered Nurse to join our night shift team. You will assess patients, develop care plans, administer medications, and educate families in a high-volume hospital setting.

The role offers opportunities for clinical ladder advancement and salary growth based on experience and performance. Qualifications include Florida RN licensure, BLS and ACLS certifications, and at least six months of RN experience.

Formación

• Fluent in English (read, verbal and written)
• High level of abstract reasoning to assess patients and revise care plans
• Knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures
• Current State of Florida or Multistate RN licensure
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Minimum six months of RN experience

Responsabilidades

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients across physiological, psychological, developmental and spiritual factors
• Develop and implement individualized care plans and periodically revise them
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered and monitor for adverse reactions
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments and self-care to promote understanding
