Wellington Regional Medical Center in Wellington, FL, seeks an experienced RN for full-time, mid-shift (3pm-3am) with new shift differentials. The role covers 36 hours weekly with full benefits and opportunities for overtime.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program.
• Prefer 1 year full-time or 3 years part-time experience in acute care.
• BLS (current upon hire).
• ACLS, PALS, and/or required specialty training (or obtained within three months).
• Current Florida nursing license.
• Must successfully pass pre-employment assessment(s).

Responsabilidades

• Provides safe, competent nursing care for patients per facility policies and philosophy.
• Provides professional leadership and support to the healthcare team.
• Demonstrates Service Excellence standards at all times.
• Recognizes stroke signs, initiates stroke alert, and participates in NIHSS-related activities.
