• Must possess a current, valid RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification is required.
• Additional certification or continuing education may be required based on area of practice.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and plan care.
• Implement plan of care and coordinate with team.
• Document care in patient records timely.
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust plan as needed.
• Provide supervision and education to staff.
