Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited school is required or preferred.
• One year of relevant nursing experience is preferred.
• Current RN licensure in the relevant state is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the healthcare team in assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating the care plan.
• Collaborate with physicians and other team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Provide individualized, evidence-based care while adhering to policies and procedures.
• Maintain a safe patient environment and promote patient and family engagement.
