Affinity Home Health Care Inc. is seeking an RN to deliver bedside patient care on a Med/Surg unit during night hours.

You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care using the nursing process while coordinating with interdisciplinary teams and safeguarding patient rights and confidentiality. Responsibilities include maintaining a 1:6 RN-to-Patient ratio with support from Patient Care Associates, ensuring compliance with unit protocols, and contributing to a collaborative, high-quality care

Formación

• RN license active is required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are required or unit-specific as applicable.
• Must have physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform movement tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct patient care on a Med/Surg unit for diverse conditions.
• Maintain an RN-to-Patient ratio of 1:6, supported by Patient Care Associates.
• Participate in team collaboration and uphold unit protocols.
