Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate from NLN School of Nursing.
• Currently licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in Mississippi.
• BCLS certification required on hire and/or transfer.
• 1 year inpatient clinical experience within the past 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care using the Nursing Process and MS Nurse Practice Act.
• Adhere to ANA standards, ethics, and hospital policies.
• Demonstrate strong communication and teamwork with care teams.
• Maintain de-escalation training by end of orientation (90 days).
