Job summary

Seven Hills Health & Rehabilitation Center in Tallahassee, FL is hiring full-time Registered Nurses for the 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM shift. Weekend differential available and Weekend Warrior program. We are a 156-bed skilled nursing facility dedicated to compassionate, individualized care.We collaborate with physicians, patients and families to ensure the best outcomes in a team-oriented culture. Our campus is located at 3333 Capital Medical Blvd, Tallahassee, FL 32308.

Qualifications

Must possess a current RN license in state(s) of practice.
Minimum of 1 year medical/surgical nursing in acute or long-term care (hospital/rehabilitation) preferred.
Graduate of an accredited nursing program; US nursing credentials required.

Responsibilities

Provide nursing care per the Nurse Practice Act and facility policies.
Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care for long-term and rehabilitation residents.
Deliver direct nursing care and supervise other nursing staff.
Document patient care accurately and maintain confidentiality.
Rotate shifts including weekends and holidays as scheduled.
