Qualifications

• Must hold a current, valid RN license in the state of employment.
• BLS certification from Vibra-approved vendor required.
• ACLS certification from Vibra-approved vendor required within six months of hire.
• Previous acute care experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to project a professional image.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
• Strong organizational, prioritizing and analytical skills.
• Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.
• Working knowledge of computer and software applications used in job functions.

Responsibilities

• The RN develops, implements, evaluates and revises a plan of care for assigned patients and families.
• Provides direct care and supervises nursing care in accordance with Nurse Practice Acts.
• Demonstrates clinical competence, manages patient care, and contributes to quality of care.
