Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Ministry Float Pool at St. Elizabeth’s Hospital in O’Fallon, IL.

This full-time night-shift role focuses on coordinating and delivering hands-on acute bedside care across units. The ideal candidate will hold a nursing diploma/associate degree (bachelor's preferred) with 2+ years of relevant experience and IL/WI RN licensure plus BLS.

Qualifications

• Diploma or associate degree in nursing required; bachelor's preferred.
• Illinois/ Wisconsin RN licensure required; BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform hands-on acute patient care at the bedside.
• Float pool assignment across units as needed during night shifts.
