Job summary

MercyOne Dubuque is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Float Pool on the 12-hour night shift. You will provide bedside care, support patient flow, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a Magnet-designated hospital.

Ideal candidates hold a current Iowa RN license, preferably a BSN, and demonstrate a commitment to nursing excellence. The role offers a full benefits package and growth opportunities within MercyOne Health System.

Qualifications

• BSN preferred.
• Must be a registered nurse with an active license to practice nursing in the State of Iowa.
• Certification by a nationally recognized nursing organization preferred.
• Maintain ongoing professional nursing practice.
• Membership in a professional nursing organization recommended.
• Child and Dependent Adult Abuse Mandatory Reporter Training required within 6 months of hire and every 3 years thereafter.
• Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) required within 30 days of hire and every 2 years thereafter.
