Job summary

Advocate Health's Atrium Navicent The Medical Center in Macon, GA seeks a Registered Nurse for the Admission Discharge Transition Unit (ADMU). The unit handles adult medical-surgical observation and short inpatient stays with strong teamwork and a fast turnover.

You will complete an accredited nursing program, hold a state RN license, and BLS certification. Schedule includes 36 hours per week, night shifts from 7pm to 7am, with rotation of weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process.
• Maintain safety and high-quality patient care and improve patient experience.
