Qualifikationen

• Specialized Diploma in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Knowledge of patient- and family-centered care in care planning.
• Cultural awareness for diverse patient populations.
• Clear, effective communication with patients, families and staff.
• Ability to assess and plan patient care using nursing processes.
• Educate patients and care partners on conditions, treatments and next steps.
• Knowledge of medication administration and discharge planning.
• Document health information accurately in writing or EHR.
• BLS certification; PA RN license.
