INTEGRIS Health Enid in Enid, OK is recruiting a Staff Registered Nurse for the night shift, full-time, to join our acute care team. The role involves nursing process‑based patient care, potential unit float, on‑call status, and guidance of licensed and non‑licensed staff.

Qualifications

• RN – current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Oklahoma or multistate license from an eNLC state.
• BLS certification issued by ARC or AHA within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess and re‑assess patient conditions.
• Develop and update the plan of care.
• Implement appropriate nursing interventions.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of care.
• Supervises and coordinates licensed and non‑licensed staff.
• Provide guidance to students and non‑licensed personnel.
• Report to the manager, director, or vice president.
