Job summary

Medical University of South Carolina seeks a Registered Nurse I to provide individualized, goal-directed patient care within the Emergency Department setting. You will work with the care team to deliver safe, effective nursing services and support families and patients.

The role requires an Associate degree in nursing (Bachelor's preferred), SC RN licensure or a compact state, BLS, PALS, and ACLS. Weekend/night shifts and a 40-hour work week are typical.

Qualifications

• Must have RN licensure by SC Board or a compact state
• Current BLS certification required (AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or equivalent)
• PALS and ACLS are required
