Job summary
AdventHealth in Aurora, Colorado is seeking a Registered Nurse to perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans. Qualifications
- RN licensed with CPR (BLS) required.
- ASN required; BSN preferred.
- 1+ acute care hospital experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients across physical, psychological, developmental, and spiritual factors.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans; monitor and adjust as needed.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and protocols; monitor for adverse reactions.
