Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• Associates degree in nursing or BSN preferred.
• Minimum 1 year nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate patient conditions; execute care plans.
• Coordinate with the patient care team to ensure safe, effective care.
• Document assessments, changes in condition, and care delivered.
• Support performance improvement and professional growth.
• Mentor and precept new nurses; uphold confidentiality and safety.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
