Qualifications

• Massachusetts RN Licensure and current BLS required.
• Experience level depends on Level I–IV with 1 year minimum.
• Certification(s) relevant to department may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care within physician orders.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care per plan.
• Develop and document individualized plans of care and discharge plans.
• Educate patients and families, and support staff development.
• Participate in performance improvement and evidence-based practice.
