Clinton Manor Living Center in New Baden, IL, is seeking compassionate nurses to join our mission-focused team. Our nursing staff plays a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centered care to residents with varying medical needs.

We offer a supportive, casual work environment and a fixed midnight shift option (6pm–6am) with a $2.00/hour shift differential and pickup shift bonuses. Experience in long-term care and a commitment to teamwork are valued.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved LPN/LVN or RN program and a current IL license.
• Proficient with computer and facility software; CPR certification required.
• Strong written and verbal communication; maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on nursing care to residents and coordinate with care plans.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to ensure quality resident outcomes.
• Document and communicate care activities accurately in the charting system.
