Job summary

Sanford Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) at Marsh Med Ctr Iron Mtn in Iron Mountain, MI. The RN will provide patient care using the nursing process, collaborate with physicians and the care team, and ensure high-quality outcomes across preventive care, treatment and follow-up.

This role requires an accredited nursing degree, an active RN license, and may prefer a Bachelor’s degree. The position includes night shifts, a 12-hour schedule, and full-time status with weekend rotation.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program required, including AACN/ACEN/NLN CNEA. Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board where practice occurs (or multistate licensure if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process across assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
