The Laurels of Hendersonville is actively recruiting compassionate nurses to join our skilled nursing and short-term rehabilitation care team in Hendersonville, NC. You will collaborate with a caring team to deliver high-quality care to our guests in a warm, empathetic environment.

Formación

• Current LPN or RN licensure in North Carolina.
• CPR certification required.
• 1-3 years of experience in a long-term care setting preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, coordinate, provide and manage nursing care services and health education to nursing home guests.
• Supervise the care/services provided by CNAs (and STNAs) and other team members.
• Provide safe and accurate medication-related interventions to guests.
• Assess guests' health and notify the physician of changes in status; implement new orders.
• Contribute to the guest’s assessment and the development of a plan of care.
