Job summary

Wellstar Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse for the night shift at Wellstar MCG Health Medical Center. You will work with the patient care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while maintaining a positive, supportive environment.

Responsibilities include contributing to performance improvement initiatives, documenting care, and coordinating with providers, family, and staff to ensure patient outcomes and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurses provide quality nursing services by working with the patient care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patients' care.
• Delivers care plan as outlined, applying independent judgment where appropriate.
• Complies with all Wellstar Health System policies, standards of work, and code of conduct.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care with the care team.
• Deliver safe, effective nursing care following policies and procedures.
• Communicate patient care plans with families and staff.

Education

Associates Nursing or Diploma (Nurse) Nursing or Bachelors Nursing-Preferred

RN-COMPACT - RN - Multi-state Compact or RN - Reg Nurse (Single State)
