Genesis HealthCare in Martinsburg, WV seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver comprehensive nursing care on the 7pm–7am shift. The role requires assessment, care planning, and collaboration with the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Ideal candidates hold an ADN or BSN, are licensed as RN in good standing, and possess BLS/CPR certification. Prior long-term care or geriatric experience is preferred but not required; strong clinical foundations are valued.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (ADN or BSN).
• Active, current RN license issued by the State Board of Nursing.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• Experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing preferred but strong clinical skills welcomed.

Responsabilités

• Deliver high-quality nursing care under supervision to achieve positive clinical outcomes.
• Lead and delegate to LPNs and CNAs within state practice acts.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams for care plans and safe discharges.
• Mentor new staff and support ongoing clinical education.
