Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Strong patient care and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lead and coordinate care with CNAs and CMTs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and document findings per protocol.
• Complete admission duties: MAR, TAR, POS and physician orders.
• Manage discharges: documentation, notify physician/guardian, arrange transportation.
• Provide wound care and dressing changes following protocols.
• Lead CNAs and CMTs, ensuring compliance with facility policies.
• Respond effectively to emergency situations.
