Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse license
• BSN or an accredited associate degree in nursing
• Current BLS certification; ACLS/PALS/TNCC within 12 months of employment
• Proven clinical nursing experience in a hospital or clinical setting
• Knowledge of sanitation, infection control, and patient safety protocols
• Strong understanding of medical protocols and emergency care procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; team-oriented
• Highly organized with multitasking and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patients’ conditions to deliver personalized and effective care
• Observe and interpret symptoms, reporting changes to the medical team promptly
• Collaborate with physicians and fellow nurses to create and implement care plans
• Perform routine nursing tasks (e.g., blood pressure checks, injections, chart documentation)
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
• Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic care environment
• Respond swiftly to medical emergencies
• Supervise and mentor LPNs and nursing assistants as needed
• Provide emotional support and education to patients and families
• Stay current on best practices by attending workshops and continuing education
