Job summary

Sharp HealthCare in San Diego is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide direct and indirect patient care within a fast-paced hospital environment.

Shifts are 12 hours (7 PM–7:30 AM) with weekend requirements on a rotating basis. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care, document thoroughly, and uphold safety standards for diverse patient populations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of nursing school.
• 1 Year clinical experience (RNs with less than 12 months experience will complete the new grad requirements).
• California Registered Nurse (RN) - CA Board of Registered Nursing -REQUIRED
• AHA Basic Life Support for Healthcare Professional (AHA BLS Healthcare) - American Heart Association -REQUIRED

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect nursing services to patients and families.
• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary team and ensure accurate documentation.
• Demonstrate critical thinking and clinical judgment in patient care.
• Mentor and support other nurses as needed.

Education

Graduate of nursing school
