Job summary

OU Health is seeking an RN Resident for the Bone Marrow Transplant Unit to join our full-time night shift team. The RN I will work under supervision to deliver high-quality patient care in a complex hospital setting.

Ideal candidates have an Associate's or Bachelor's in Nursing, active RN license, BLS, and 0–3 years of experience in patient care. Responsibilities include documentation, medication administration, and collaborative care with the medical team.

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing; current BLS certification.
• 0–3 years of patient care experience as an RN.
• Nursing Fundamentals, patient care protocols, and safe medication administration.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to RN I level on a Bone Marrow Transplant unit.
• Document responses to interventions and update physician orders.
• Assist physicians with exams, minor procedures, and treatments.
