Mountain Laurel Recovery Center in Westfield, PA is hiring a Registered Nurse for full-time night shifts (12-hour, 6pm-6am). The RN will provide nursing care, supervise LPNs and CNAs, and develop individual care plans for clients in a behavioral health setting.

Requirements include RN license, CPR, and experience in psych or addiction recovery. A $5k sign-on bonus is offered. Onsite position with a comprehensive benefit plan.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an approved/accredited school of nursing.
• One or more years’ nursing experience preferred.
• Behavioral health/psychiatric/addiction recovery experience preferred.
• Knowledge of psychotropic medications and administration procedures.
• Ability to apply nursing standards in an acute psychiatric setting.

Responsabilités

• Provides and coordinates care by assessing physical and behavioral health needs of client and develops nursing care plans.
• Assesses clients’ status and communicates findings to providers.
• Administers medications accurately and documents per policy.
• Maintains accountability of medication administration including narcotics.
• Completes admission and discharge processes efficiently and accurately.
