Job summary

• Assess data and patient health information to identify needs and plan care.
• Attend Bed Management meetings to facilitate patient flow.
• Coordinate bed assignments considering diagnosis, age, isolation and unit activity.
• Communicate with nursing, physicians and departments to ensure safe patient care and throughput.
