Qualifications

• Graduate from a specialty nursing training program is required.
• Interdisciplinary collaboration and patient/family engagement are essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate individualized care plans with interdisciplinary teams, including education and discharge planning.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of nursing interventions and adjust care.
• Collaborate with physicians and ancillary staff to meet patient needs and resolve issues proactively.
• Assign tasks to team members based on skill levels and patient acuity.
• Troubleshoot equipment and participate in evidence-based practice initiatives.
• Contribute to quality and safety programs and Magnet mission.
