Job summary

Qualifications

• RN with SC or compact state licensure and BLS certification.
• 5 years of RN experience; leadership roles preferred.
• BSN required/pursued within 2–4 years of hire; agreement to education requirement.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate transfers from MUSC and to MUSC hospitals.
• Collaborate with Patient Placement and act as a clinical resource.
• Direct transfers, admissions, and bed requests across inpatient, outpatient, clinics, and pre-admits.
• Support cardiovascular and medical/surgical service transfers.
• Utilize technology for multifaceted communications and patient flow.
