Job summary

Wooded Glen Recovery Center in Henryville, Indiana, is seeking a Registered Nurse for night shifts in our addiction recovery program. You will oversee nursing care, supervise LPNs/CNAs, and develop individualized care plans while ensuring patient safety and compliance with clinical standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in behavioral health/psychiatric/addiction recovery environment preferred.
• Valid RN license from Indiana or a compact state.
• Psychiatric nursing certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess and plan nursing care, develop and implement care plans, and educate clients and families.
• Assess client status, communicate findings to providers, and document care appropriately.
• Administer medications accurately and monitor for adverse effects.
• Coordinate with treatment team and participate in unit activities and hand-offs.
• Complete admission and discharge processes and maintain medical records.
