Job summary

SummitBHC's Wooded Glen Recovery Center in Indiana is seeking a LPN/RN for full-time night shift. The nurse will provide direct nursing care under the supervision of a registered nurse, administer medications, monitor patients, and collaborate with the clinical team to ensure safety and therapeutic environment.

Requires graduation from an approved LPN/LVN program and 1+ year nursing experience; CPR and de-escalation training are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an approved LPN/LVN program.
• 1+ year nursing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of psychotropic medications and administration procedures.
• Ability to apply nursing standards in a recovery setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to an assigned group under RN supervision.
• Administer medications and document effects per policy.
• Monitor vital signs and perform EKGs and labs as required.
• Collaborate with medical staff and multidisciplinary team.
